Need a web designer/programmer to fix a slider issue on two of my sites

I have two websites using the same wordpress template and the both have the two same problems with its homepage slider:
1. When resizing the browser the homepage slider gets blue bars cut into it.
2. On mobile devices the home page slider, two of the pictures have parts of them cut off.
Please see attached screenshots of these problems.
These problems apply to www.captain-fantastic.co.uk and www.cfdiscos.co.uk
I need someone who knows exactly what they are doing and are 100% they can fix the problems.
