Need a signature added to a customer form made through Form Maker

Description of requirements/features: Hi,

I used the Form Maker plugin to create a form. I would like users to be able to sign the form and the signature save to the mysql like uploaded files are saved.

I also used a plugin "Contact Form 7 Signature Addon" to create the signature.

So just to recap the signature at the bottom of the page needs to be saved to the database.
