Need a Expert in "Advanced Custom Fields PRO" for Wordpress

Hi,

I need a Wordpress developer who is an expert in "Advanced Custom Fields PRO" plugin and can customise Wordpress website.

I have created this mosque website with prayer time table: http://www.bowmosque.co.uk/
The key element of the site is the Prayer Time table, its responsive and 90% of users use the mobile version.

I need the same heading for (website/mobile section) for another website that I have developed using a wordpress template.

I just need the heading section done & developed with the responsive mobile version, please see attached Image.
