My online magazine (wordpress) needs enhancing! Need features and SEO!

I am the editor for an online lifestyle magazine for young professionals.

I am looking to optimise the effectiveness of the website and it's ability to attract repeat readers. In terms of layout it's too simple and it's very one-dimensional. The content and overall graphic design is good but the infrastructure and layout can be improved.

My goals:
1) I need the site to keep people feeling as though there's different areas to browse.
2) I need the site to encourage people to leave comments below articles to get discussions going.
3) I need SEO , I want the site to be found quickly on more search engines especially google.com
4) I need someone to connect the site to google analytics
5) I want a twitter and facebook feed on the site
6) I want to remove the month of each post
7 ) I want to keep space for adverts
8) I need email address to change from showoffmagazine.net to showoff.bm
9) I want each article to be able to be printer friendly with a print icon and also want a link to facebook and twitter under each article.
10) I want a better way to upload photos for each article, so that I don't have to crop photos to exact size beforehand

If you have experience making a website like this come alive and making it very communal I would like to hear from you. I am willing to negotiate the price based on the time it may take to fix these items outlined above.
