Multiple Tasks for Multiple Websites

We have a few web-based businesses. Our current developer decided it was too much responsability and is not completing the current work, so help/advice/support is required.

Task #1

The first site is an online media delivery platform for managed groups of clients undertaking workshops. The workshop content is delivered daily on a schedule. In the background there is a forum for participants and a topic library etc to search.
The "designer" built on Wordpress on own accord.
The active site is: www.damoreworkshops.com and there is an active workshop taking place currently, however we have had login issues and re-login issues and there seems to have been substandard work done, unfortunately.
Task Quiry: Re-design? Re-program?

Task #2

There is also a designated shop-site outlined to use for direct payments. Merchant facilities are organised and authorised for this.
Task: Layout and implementation of said payment processing. Simplistic design.

Task #3

Step1:
E-commerce sales website for product ordering, selling a small selection of our own products. A dedicated direct payment process is just being authorised.
This site is targeted as a landing page, two sub-levels of information and requires login/registration to access technical data of products.
Step2: A referral function and registration procedure is considered.


Feedback request:
Task #1
A brief assessment of the workshop site that was recently launched and suggestion and cost evaluation of improvements or potential redesign.

Task #2
The shop site needs to be conceived from scratch. We are fine with simple solutions.

Task #3
The retail site requires a structure and full design. The site does not have high level technical requirements besides client registration to access deeper info or register for e.g. monthly prize draw.



I am not a web technician, but I do pay the bills and share the final say in all matters with my business partner.
Kindly let me know how you feel you might be able to help and refer to the tasks described above.

Due to our most recent experiences we are reluctant to pay anybody for any work fully in advance without results, so kindly keep that in mind.
