Move my wordpress website and content to a new template

I need somebody to move my existing one page website content to a new template and once completely to be on hand to help me with any queries while I fill out additional content myself (learning basic html).

I am still working on the layout of the new website, so I'll need someone who can work with me to try things out, so I can see how they look and also what works best, before I decide on final layout.

New template is BigBangWP.

As a guideline I've suggested £30 but I am open to proposals. Interested to learn how you might work with me on small adhoc queries (answering quick questions on how to do things) once the work is done.
