Move 34 websites from one server to another plus scan for virus before upload

I host 34 websites (80% wordpress) that I need to download from one server (Global Gold dedicated box with plesk / root access) and upload to a new server (possible Amazon?? but any cloud based technology you can recommend would be good).

The whole server and most of the sites we're attacked recently and I've gone through nearly all of them by hand to clean and added relavent security plugins to WP to stop happening again - this seems to have stopped the attacks.

The reason I want to move is I'm no good with servers and the service at GG is ok but for someone with no server experience and it being a dedicated box means you're sort of left to look after it yourself - which isn't good for me.

So, after you've downloaded the sites from GG server they need to be checked and and trace of virus removed and then uploaded to a new server.

I need this done within the next 24 hours.
