Monthly maintenance on Joomla site

Monthly maintenance contract for multiple Joomla sites running Groups Component for 2 hours of labor per month. Unused time will accrue (not to exceed 5 accrued hours).

1. Update Joomla version as needed to most recent version
2. Address any errors or issues noted in Administrator panel including PHP updates
3. Update all plugins as needed to most recent version
4. Check on backup status to cloud storage or perform local database and software backup
5. Implement changes and new features in website, Groups Component and PDF Report as needed
6. Report at completion of maintenance to include time spent and what was done in brief

If labor required exceeds 2 hours, then accrued hours will apply first before new charges.
Additional labor requires prior authorization and will be billed at $20/hour
