Modify or make new Wordpress plugin

I would like either one of these options to be done:

1.I have a simple plugin called Sc catalog ( http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sc-catalog/) which I need styled and modified.

Basically images are viewed in a catalog mode. So every thumbnail image has the title of the image such as "carpet", the is also a read more text button.

I need two things changed. First the thumbnail images doesn't do anything. I would like it to have some hover over text that would say "view large" and then when clicked on it shows a lightbox with larger image.

also when the read more button is clicked a pop shows a large html area with the image and title and description or any other detail. I need this styled so the image is on the left with the text for description on the right and then underneath a contact form.the contact form can be hard coded so it appears automatically every time underneath everything or a shortcode can be used.

2. a plugin that can pull images and product description from woocommerce for only the products that have been set to "hidden" in woocommerce. it would need to also pull the meta details such as the categories and tags and be able to then create a gallery for categories and tags via shortcode using the details.

if you can do this second option then i will pay a little extra.
