Modifications to sim gallery in joomla website and tweaks

-I want a 10 star rating option to appear when people hover over the faces of the people in the nightlife photos.( only in the full size pictures, not thumbnails). Use some kind of face recognition coding for that.

-I want the rating cumulative to appear also when people hover over someone's face.( votes/number votes)

- users can only vote once per face

- vote under 5 stars are not counted

-i want the current sim gallery rating system disabled and replaced by the one above.

- Replace the download image under photos by a "Download" link on the bottom right of the photos where the other options like tag, make profile picture are.

- Make the facebook like in nightlife photos appear just under the photo on the left, above comment box instead of under, where the current rating system is.

- Standardise fonts for all browsers, iphone androids...( make website appear the same in all browsers. currently having troubles with that.)
