Map of UK to include pointers of our locations on Wordpress

We currently have a word press website. We currently have 20 offices in the UK. We need a page called 'Locations' inserted into our website that will consist of a UK map with pointers in it to reflect our location. When a person clicks on a location point on the map the address and contact details will appear on right hand side of page.

We also want a list of all 20 offices listed under map.

This could lead to other work as we have another word press contract also.
