Maintenance and occasional additions/alterations to several existing Joomla websites

We used to carry out this sort of work in house, but having more or less stopped doing it we have a few legacy websites that need attending to. There are a few specific problems that need addressing quite rapidly, including migrating at least one site to v1.5+, adding a database, and cleaning up some code which seems to have become infected. Payment, and whether it should be by the hour or by the job, is open to discussion. Although the vast bulk of the work can be done at home and in your own time, there might need to be the occasional client meeting (in central London).
