General information for the website: WordPress blog that needs a Mailchimp API integration for adding users and emailing blog posts

Description of requirements/features: Looking for an expert integrating MailChimp with WordPress. We need to integrate the Mailchimp API with the WP blog so we can automatically add new subscribers to the Mailchimp account send out new blog posts to subscribers. There are 5 different user lists that need to be setup and automated.
