Looking for Drupal specialist for regular website updates & maintenance

I'm looking for a European based, English speaking web developer / web designer to support me with a variety of ongoing tasks
- website updates (new & improve functionalities, add pages etc)
- repairs & maintenance

My website is built in Drupal 6.2.

I'm ideally looking for someone to work on an adhoc basis with a reaction time of less than 24 hours (to acknowledge they received the job) and a fairly quick turnaround time.

The ideal candidate should also - within reason - take responsibility for the job i.e. I don't want to pay for upgrades that stop working a few weeks later.

I'm looking for someone long term who can support me regularly and ongoing.
