Looking for a WP, css, js expert, that has a proactive approach to problem solving.

We have a wordpress site, developed recently, and launched in March.

We are happy with the design, but we are not happy with the web-design company, as they do not have a friendly approach to the bugs my team are raising, and as the CEO I have now got involved. Since I do have a technical background, I have started to look into the site, and have found things that I believe have been deliberately excluded, so that we would have a slower site with poor indexing, and poor SEO, as they have been trying to get us to place a SEO order with them. I am not very happy, and their approach is very short sighted. That's the history over with.

While we are continuing to deal with them on some of the minor bugs, and now there are very few, we do want to include some of what I believe should have been integrated. Namely Yoast WPSEO, as today we have over 700 duplicate and poor page titles, and duplicate content. There is no where we can add page descriptions, and although this is available in WPSEO, it doesn't link into a plugin they wrote to create our product pages. Which is somewhat important.

Some more minor issues would be to include encrytion of emails, which were not done, and we are getting spam forms, and spam emails.

There are a few other small things which we can add later, and separate to this Job. But for now, I am after someone that feels confident they could tackle this, and clearly I will need a quotation once perhaps you have taken a look at what is already there.
