Logo converted for wordpress use

We need the attached vector logo converted into a format that can be used in avada theme (wordpress) as a navigation tool, the finished logo will need to link to the five corresponding pages of the website (we will need to be able to edit these links in wordpress) each section will need to have nice smooth rollover/color change effects, it needs to be done to a similar standard to the graphic on this page... https://www.strictlyeducation.co.uk/

We don't want a flash/swf file... i'm not 100% what format is best, maybe javascript? open to suggestions!

Please don't say you can do this job unless you are 100% confident you can deliver it quickly and to the standard required, we've been messed about for weeks on this now by people who promise the world but don't deliver!.
