Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
General information for the website: A portfolio website for a production company
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We have a problem with the following website:
http://timeslice.klinicalwebsite.co.uk/thumbs-demo-2
http://altran.timeslicefilms.com/
(both urls are from the same website - It is a Wordpress multisite network)
We are using a plugin to create and display the embedded objects inside the lightbox. The plugin is 360 WebRotate:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/
The XML files are created in the 360 WebRotate software and then the plugin allows you to display them in a lightbox on the website.
The following problems that need fixing are:
- It does not re-size correctly (white space appears on mobile devices)
- The embedded objects fail to show up on mobile devices
- Buttons are in odd positions
- Fullscreen button inside the embed does not work
- Social sharing options need to be inside the lightbox so that you can share objects on facebook and twitter. This is a function already built into prettyphoto.js but needs to be activated.
When embedding the objects without the lightbox, they display and function fine. A previous developer had done some work to try and rectify the issues but failed to complete all of them.
Orignally, the lightbox seemed to clash with the prettyphoto.js file that the theme uses. Buttons from the theme file would display as well as the plugin buttons. It also would not display in firefox at all.
Please contact for anymore information.
Thanks,
Billy
Specific technologies required: jquery, javascript, wordpress
