Joomla website amends

I have a website built on Joomla and am looking to have an ongoing relationship with someone who can maintain and update it.
The initial job is quite a big piece so I have attached the spec.
Please will you let me know your hourly rate and an estimate of time required for the first job. Can you please also give an indication of when you would be able to complete this piece by.
