Description of requirements/features: Due to the overwhelming response of my first ad, I have re-listed this job with more clear and concise requirements which I hope you can help achieve.

N.E.W.S 24-7 which operates as a 24-hour mobile tyre fitter. I need a modern, engaging and responsive website which can be viewed on either a computer, handheld device or smartphone.

The job spec is as below:
Must be created using the Joomla CMS.
Must be responsive and work across multiple platforms (Mobile, computer and handheld devices.)
Must have a clear portfolio of at least 10-15 well constructed Joomla based websites they have created. (If these are not on PPH a link to your own website/portfolio will be required.
10-15 Pages.
Hyperlinked number to call selected number when clicked.
Topic related stock images will need to be provided.

What will be provided:
Content
- Tab headings
- Wording needed on each page.
- Some pictures related to topic.
- Social Media logins

Note: Video content will be uploaded at a later date, so placeholders where the video will be loaded will be necessary.

I have a few reference websites that I will give on request.
