Joomla theme customisation for my Marketing Agency (4-5 pages)

I am in need of a Joomla theme that needs to be customised to my content (just text and a couple of images)

I already have the domain and hosting (CPanel will be provided)and will provide with the theme as well unless you already have it.

I just need you to set up the site, including the cms admin panel so I can make future updates myself. I have attached some of the content I require in the word document. I require a google map as well and some general colour changes.

Looking for someone who has experience in customising premium themes.

Need the website complete and ready in the next 5 days for deadline of Friday 15th November.
