Joomla Template Edits

I have installed the following template to my Joomla website (damo24.com/new) and need to make some minor edits to it:

1. I want the menu on the left to be out by default with the ability to minimise it in.

2. Instead of having 3 main images, I want one image and the ability to scroll through the images. I would like arrows to indicate that you can scroll through.

3. I want to add a title and description to the image in the bottom right.

4. I want to remove the loading bar that pops up every time you switch pages.

Note: The website needs to remain fully responsive as it is currently.
