Joomla module on desktop and mobile``

hi,
i need a developer who can do th following:

Filters this is an extra module for extending filtering within Virtuemart.
CF Filtering & Search

i have three changes:

1. position of the filter module on DESKTOP level:
under the module on the left called: Subcategorieen and above the module called:
Merken. see enclosed pdf

2. position of module on mobile level
complete at the end of the page so below the page navigation.
