Joomla Form / Profile Area

I am looking for a Joomla expert to build me a custom registration and Profile Area.

The registration form is basic and only ask for the number of details, these details will need to be saved in the users profile area. I will also need you to build forms inside the profile area, once these form have been completed the user will need to complete a payment. Once payment has been secured the form will save on their profile page as an image.
