Joomla Expert

Hi,

I have already got a corporate designer on board who will be helping me to get the content correct, all the aesthetics etc and branding for the company.

The Company It is very much based on the Model of Tripadvisor in terms of the structure and function.

We decided the site should be built on Joomla but he is looking for someone to work alongside him to get the infrastructure correct and get it implemented.

1). Unlimited Pages on the Site
2). To Control Costs ideally Implement the Joomla Template from theme Forest:

3). Customise as required to get the best out of the site and meet requirements.
4). Database so the users can create an Account on the site / Log-in via Facebook, Twitter and Google+ on visits to write further reviews etc
- When the Person Logs in it Says 'Welcome .... '
5). Social Network Integration including on every review: Thumbs up, Ability to Share via Facebook/Twitter,
6). Our users Page: Slide Show to Alternate between: Full Screen google Maps of the UK with Pin Drops/Shaded Areas) and Something Similar to this background for Twitter which would be linked to those either following our Facebook/Twitter Pages or who have Wrote a review with us: http://twilk.com/ if possible self-refreshing so its never the same ?
So if you go to the above link and click on live demo and contact us you will see a Contact us Form appears on top of a Google Maps backdrop. I want a page called our Users and I want a Slide Show kind of thing whereby we have Google Maps of the UK and it shaded to represent where reviews have come from i.e. University of Leeds, or London etc
The next part of it would be the Twitter Like wallpaper so it would show all people following us either on Facebook / Twitter - But self refreshing so the people are not always stuck on there.
7). If you go Trip Advisor > Write a review it Brings up a Search Box so you type in the Name of the Hotel for Example. So as Mentioned I would need all of these Universities from this site:
http://www.ukuniversitiesdirect.co.uk/university-list-ac.html I would personally prefer a box where you start typing the name of the university and it narrows the range - effectively auto-complete. Then select either: Private Accomodation, Student Accommodation - I AM Led to believe there is a database you can upload this on to the site from. So users would for example start typing University of .., and as they enter each letter it narrows the list and they then click on the one they want.
8). 1/5 Star Rating for a number of Variables: Value, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, Location and Recommendation.
9). Ability for other Sites users to give it a 'Thumbs up' / Share via Social Networking Sites / Share Link, and Report this Post - Opens Pop up Box and they have to Select why i.e. Abusive, Advertising, Spam etc
10). Post-Code Search System but somehow hiding the Door Number from appearing on the site for Security Reasons.
11). They need to be able to put a Title in the Review, Upload up to 5 Pictures (Maybe some kind of System to Cap the size so it doesnt overload the System > If too big a Box will pop up advising them how to reduce the file size for Mac / Windows).
12). Review, Liability Disclaimer Tick Box and Anti-Spam Box (Those Annoying Letters Thing but Also needs to have Audio Version).
13). Search Box for Entire Site
14). Integration to Google Maps within review to allow them to access Google Street View also:
- Browse Nearby to show the Top 10 / All other Alternatives in that area
15). I want users of the site to be able to see a List of all the Reviews associated to say University of Leeds on a Layout Similar to Tripadvisor Again i.e. Picture then Description and completed by % Recommended Rating and Overall Star Rating
-Ability to Narrow results (i.e. Based on Stars, Recommended) and Order results (Most viewed, Most Recent, Thumbs up etc)
16). Ability to Narrow the results according to: Private / Student Accommodation
17). SSL Encryption
18). S.E.O. Optimization and Meta-Tags (Want to be On the 1st Page of Google)
- Listed with all the Search Engines
19). We would want some facility to be able to Write Blogs on the Site and Post
20). On Home Page I would if Possible like visits who log in via Facebook/Twitter etc to be able to see their friends activity if they have used it for example and maybe a section called what other students are saying either: most popular / latest reviews etc (forget the RSS Comment)
21). Time & Date
22). Logo in the Address Bar,
23). Instead of an Enquiry form call it 'Talk to Us'
- Feedback Form with Drop Down List: i.e. Report a Technical Problem
24). Sign up for Newsletter
25). The site needs to be cross platform compatible as well as being able to be acccessd via a Smart Phone
