When adding a listing in the admin panel, ( NOT the front end )

a ) Lets add validation on the back end that you are not allowed add
same Business Name
b) If Email or Website or Mobile Phone or Phone or Fax already exists
in the DB, please add a pop up saying “this listings already exists,
are you sure you want to add the listing” So if you select Yes, the
listing is added to the DB, if you select No you are able to edit the
listing if you want
