Joomla Article Website slight design, programming Front/Back & article uploading

We're seeking a dedicated skilled Programmer to work on our Joomla website.

Work is in two Parts: (Part 2. is to combine the included types of tasks that need addressing)

Part 1. Uploading Articles (some including images) to our website. To insure that the Articles and any images present properly. You will be provided with Articles via E-mail and directed to upload them under the correct categories. During the period of your working with us on this job, we expect you to upload approx 50 Articles. (During this process you will have to remove all the dummy content that is currently on our site).

Part 2. You will be responsible for the following current work and any further work thereafter that presents regarding fixes and or adjustments to our website and any implementations such as opening secondary pages to show more space for the content; this means some redesign aspects.

Current work that needs to be done: To insure that SEO engine optimization (ranking in search result for marketing & back link building for search engine ranking), add sub pages to our website for Google and other search engines, keyword research, directory submission are taken care of. / Our website submitted to search engine webmaster tools; Google, ssi-bing etc etc. / to insure that Facebook and Twitter is linked up to our site from our social media accounts. / RSS feeds fixed / A-Z Topics fixed so that they represent only our website categories and sub cats. / Index page fixed so that it represents the proper areas of our website. / fix our websites search button because it is not set right in Google Chrome browser and maybe some others but seems okay in Firefox. / loading classifieds ads in that section as and when they arrive.

Will require Skype chat contact on regular bases, otherwise to receive instructions via E-mail.

The price of 75$ for us is non-negotiable because through this site we could offer further work should you wish to continue.

We wish to improve the 'look' (design) and 'workings' (function) of my website so in this respect as Articles are loaded we need ongoing support with design and workings both front and back end.
