We are looking for someone to tidy up and style our article directory. Currently the pages are displayed as below. We would like the pages to look presentable whilst maintaining the function where we can continue to add more articles daily.

This page should have the 4 category headings on it with lists of subcategories underneath (not all sub categories need to be shown, just enough to make sure it looks good)
