Joomla 3 customisation work

hi, i have a joomla 3 website, i need a few tweaks here and there to the template:

1. i have a ck mega menu where the main text needs to be white,
2. padding on the full width pages needs to be sorted,
3.i have a jfontsize but it does not re-size the menu, can this be modified to scale the menu also?
4. i need a accessible contrast extension the one i used was not suitable, i have one that is part of another template is it possible to use the code from that and implement it on my other template or can you add one in the header?
5. change colour of hover on side and footer menu

was let down by a previous developer on here so i will try this out first and take it from there if you can give me a competitive quote, timescale for job and perform well. Look forward to your reply. needs quick turnaround by tuesday 30th feb working on UK time
