Install a wordpress theme (spark), set up, design, customise & test it.

Brief description.....

Need someone to do everything and deliver a perfectly working site. From installing the theme to designing the front end, to making sure the site is secure, necessary plugins are installed, customers can select packages & pay, auto emails confirming purchase are working etc. etc.
(i.e. the finished site displays properly in all devices/browsers, secure, an attractive great front end design, onsite payments working via PayPal buttons, auto emails working etc. etc.)
