Installed a theme on WordPress and need full customisation and fixes

I have installed a theme called enginetheme on wordpress. I translated the whole theme into Italian using poedit and uploaded the file to the right directory. The theme is translated in english and Italian. I need to link all the social, create contact forms, footer and form see link ( https://microjobengine.enginethemes.com/post-service/?return_url=https%3A%2F%2Fmicrojobengine.enginethemes.com%2F ) to post jobs, it used to be installed but today for some reason doesn't show anymore. The way to understand my needs will be to have a look at the theme
