Install Wordpress on my site

I have an empty site that I would like Wordpress installed on - there are a few files on there which I would like to keep however there is no existing website to workaround.

I have a domain and hosting - I can provide a username and password and you will do the rest.

This should be a quick and simple job and I would like it done as soon as possible with my chosen template. Please quote price and time it will take to finish.
