Install wordpress and a template, make amendment to template

You will install onto our server, wordpress and the http://www.wordpress3themes.net/boutique/ template and its control panels. Enabling existing templates shopping cart linked to our paypal account.

(11) iPad version (html5) of site

(5) WP Additional code to send url+vars to our script on completing purchase of Products or Subscription or you write to DB
(6) Download functionality after successful purchase of Software
(7) User registration & login
(8) More Detail of articles subject to login.
(9) Video player stream url (our site or youtube)
(10) Admin to be able to post articles to blog and social channel
(11) enable Adsense

We would need to agree the look and feel as the first task but once you have WP & template installed
