I got a friend who is doing charity website for disabled artists/designers... they want to use Drupal, which is currently installed
They want to build a community where disabled artists can upload their artwork, like a portfolio of kids work.

- Add pictures
- Describe the picture
- Information on the artist, like a CV but its not a CV.
- what the artists/design was thinking when painting or drawing the picture.
- may be video they made on youtube
- membership, free and small fee via paypal
(its like an artist/designer gallery with description of the artist)
All we want is someone to install their recommended modules and template, site is currently hosted and version 7
