Install a Customized Tax Refund Estimator on my Website

I want to add a 2017 Tax Refund Estimator on my website - www.acirffa.com. The tool would be similar to the one on XML website - https://www.calcxml.com/calculators/tax-refund-estimator?skn=#results. I want users to be able to interact with the tool on their mobile applications. The result of the calculation will be sent to the customer after they have provided their email, phone, state and estimated time to file.
