Improve Joomla Site

Hello, I am looking for a range of quotations to undertake improvement works to my Joomla website www.healthyabode.co.uk I'd like focus on making the site more professional with a home page and then clear link to our three main services: Acoustics/Noise, Independent Damp, Timber and Mould Surveys and Immigration Accommodation Reports. At present I feel that the site doesnt reflect the professionalism and competency of our company adequately. I'm also concerned that with particular regard to our acoustic services, these arent featured on the front page enough. As a new company cost is a serious consideration, therefore a sliding scale of quotations and what you would undertake for set prices would aid me to move forward.
