Import Contents to Woocommerce Website

Hi

I need to migrate ALL contents from a current Wordpress site catalog created using Standard Portfolio into Woocommerce.

Current Site

I have already manually added few products as below,
New site
Catalog - http://www.classicfireplacesandbbqs.com.au/2018/product-category/accessories/
Product - http://www.classicfireplacesandbbqs.com.au/2018/shop/accessories/pan-wok/weber/grill-pan/

Need assistance with the below,
1) Import products from all other categories (Wood Heaters, Gas Heaters, BBQs, Accesories)
2) Correctly assign them to subcategories and brands
3) Optimise product image (if necessary)
4) Add tags (if necessary)
