IMG URL file to S3 bucket to Website help

All I need is to program my website to pull an image from a specific URL which updates 6x per day. That file needs to be uploaded into my s3 bucket, then I need that image uploaded to my wordpress website on Lightsail.

I have several other projects pending on this website, which will pay better.

This is the first time I have used this app, so I wanted to give it a chance with a smaller project.
