I want to video record lectures for a uni and upload onto a site for students to acce

I want to be able to video record lectures, and upload them onto a website so that students can have access to it. It must be exclusive to the university or institution involved.
1. What is the infrastructure I will need to put in place? Please suggest the equipment I will need along with cost.
2. Will need a designated website where I can upload audio clips, videos and transcript of the lectures and the login must be such that it will have various universities platforms in it so that students from the respective universities can access using their unique students ID card.
3. After recording I will need to edit the videos before uploading. Please suggest equipment I will need to edit as well, along with costs
