I want to fix malware on my wordpress site

My site is suspended by Google adwords due to malware. Every time I sent for review a new malware pop ups. I'm sharing all the three emails excerpt from Google.

Can you fix the issue1?


What details do you need from me ? and how long will you take?


Last but most important do you need to update plugin/wordpress version in order to fix the issue. I'm asking this because I'm afraid that site could break if you update anything I'm told by clients.
