Kind of development: Customization of existing website

Description of every page/module: The test website I have is using the origin theme by elegant themes. It displays posts featured images as a block on the homepage. Its nice.
Description of requirements/features: What I want to do, is change the squares into hexagons and then lay them out as a honeycomb (for a bee themed website)
Can you do this?
