I need two websites and an ebay shop creating from scratch.

Site 1 is for my property maintenance business with contact details, info about our services, testimonials and previous jobs.

Site 2 is for a plumbing and electrical supplies business and needs to be eccomerce.

I also need to set up an ebay store for this business.

Both sites need to be easy for me to maintain and i will need a basic tutorial. I will need the urls sourcing and facebook pages for both businesses.

As well as supplying the above, i need advice on seo and how i can maximise the traffic to my sites.
