I need to get my website reorganised and debugged

General information for the website: Travel site
Description of requirements/features: Rejig and debug
Extra notes: I need to change the way that my website is laid out, remove what I suspect are some disruptive plug-ins, and ensure that all my social media sharing buttons are attractive. obvious and functional. My google ads icon also needs to be sorted. This job doesn't require creativity so much as just ensuring that everything works how I want it. I had a disastrous website redesign three months ago so only effective people please.
