I need to a special landing page and tweaks to blog before launch

General information for the website: Blog
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: I will send information to finalists
Description of requirements/features: My last developer abruptly stopped work on my blog so I need a developed that can help me finish the blog before it goes on Monday, January 12th

Tasks:

1) Deactivate and delete a social login plug that I no longer want to use. I don't like the one that the old developer put in.

2) Create a special landing page with deals and discounts visible ONLY to subscribers with a link. The ideal process would be the following: blog reader enters their email address> blog reader confirms email address> new subscriber receives an email from MailChimp with a link that will take them to a landing page that shows the discounts and specials for that month.

3) Change tab name and content for one page

4) Style OneCommunity plug in (http://themeforest.net/item/onecommunity-buddypress-theme/3713046). The template is already installed, I just need it stylized and need you to tell me what content I need to make it user ready.

5) Migrate finished website to the main domain site. The main domain site currently has a “coming soon” template on it.

DO NOT respond if you do not have experience with any of the above tasks. I would like this completed by Sunday, January 11th.

There will be an opportunity to help maintain the website the first month of the launch for an additional $50.
