I need someone with vision and creative mind to alter and finish a Wordpress website

General information for the website: A professional web designer has 90% finished an online directory website that gives each company that joins a Facebook style profile page to show off what they offer and provide.
Description of requirements/features: Someone who has good communication and has a creative mind.. also knows how to keep it mobile and tablet friendly.
Extra notes: The original designer has sent all login details and passwords etc for the new designer to take over, unfortunately he has migrated to the USA and can't finish it due to his work load and time difference.

He has put in a lot of work and is almost there but I really am looking not for a great cv, but someone who is really imaginative and can give this site the creative injection it needs.

All the plug ins have been installed and paid for.

The maps plugin is not working and I really want it to as I want each business to be able to add their location to their profile page. The original designer could not get it to function correctly.

Once the site is up and running I need someone that can help with future running on an hourly rate..

I also plan to have another site running along side this one. The domain etc has already been paid for that.
