General information for the website: We are a small law office
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of every page/module: The Contact Form add-in we use for our WordPress-based website (Contact Form 7) is fine for our purposes but the problem is sometimes messages don't reach us even when the Form says "your message has been sent successfully" to the client/customer. I think the solution might be to have people give their "reply to" email as TEXT rather than an email address, so all the intermediate servers aren't trying to resolve if the message is spoofed/spam before they send it to me. But I don't know how to do that. I need someone to do it for me. Thanks.
