I need some wordpress support for buddypress ('buddy' theme)

1) The contact form isn't working, and needs setting up properly

2) I need some users to have full editing privileges

3) When a new user registers, and clicks on the activation link in the email, they are taken to a page which states "Activate your Account, Please provide a valid activation key". I need to get rid of this page, as they are already registered when they arrive here, and can already use the site as a member.

4) When a new user signs up, they need to create a username under "Account Details'. This becomes their wordpress username. In this form they are able to enter a name with spaces. When they come to sign in, it doesn't work, because the spaces have been turned into dashes (-). I need a stetment on the form 'Do not use spaces'
