Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Hi I would like to turn my current website www.zuppi.net forms to look like the attached screenshots.
1. move the form to the left under the item photo
2. make the form look like the screenshots
3. enable AJAX so the form does not load a new page simply goes to the next.
4. Place the upload prescription outside of the form as pictured
5. Place the pricing box to the top right next to the product image
6. Need to be able to sell the same product in multiple color options
