I need help with a Wordpress theme to build a community-driven multimedia news/blog

I have already purchased a responsive, highly functional, wordpress theme (VLOG Theme), a domain and hosting (shared) for the proposed user community driven multimedia news/blog website project. Just need some help setting up the theme securely and using it to create an SEO optimised website. I have some articles to post but will want the website to be able to auto-post RSS feeds from popular news sites/source of interest as well as to receive posts from its subscriber community. Knowledge of graphic design and wordpress multisite will come in handy to embellish website appearance, so is the knowledge of multiple sources of royalty free media. This project can easily be completed in a few of hours by the right candidate who knows what they are doing as the main job is to properly configure the theme for auto news blogging as well as manual posting from subscribers. With the functionalities of the VLOG theme well configured, website users will be able to register, subscribe to the website’s newsletter, participate in the website's forum, and submit articles, audios, videos and advertisers also be able to easily post ads for a fee. They will also be able to enjoy a video channel that feeds off various embedded links from video sources such as YouTube, Vimeo etc. The website will intermittently drop a call-to-action modal form that urges users to subscribe. Other functionalities include a live chat, auto-sending of newsletters to subscribers. auto-alerting subscribers when new post events, user-community voting.
