I need help customising a Wordpress theme

I would need help with the below:


In the page http://test.smashingsombrero.com/work-old/ there's an arrow animation when hover over any title. I need to implement that same animation in to the page http://test.smashingsombrero.com/work/ and improve the "toggle" or accordion functionality (so only one item can be open at a time, self-closing, etc).

Site is built on Wordpress using Salient theme.
