I need customization on my website

General information for the website: Taxi Booking
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: Changes Required

1). New Order email customization. Text needs to be replaced from the email sent to customer and admin when a new order is placed on website.

2). Checkout page should work as it is on desktop / laptop, but when its opened on mobile or small / medium sized devices it should only show the body area (header, footer, sidebar etc) all should be hidden and should not displayed. only checkout page body area should be displayed so that user can fill up the details and checkout to complete the order.

3). On Booking Calculator. when an order is placed via "One Way", order is well received with all booking details and time / date, but when placed via "Hourly Booking" tab, the received order doesn't show date / time which user select while placing order, it needs to be fixed.

4). On homepage there are 6 Fixed Priced options, when clicking on "Booking" it should show all the option of "Hourly Booking" Tab on main Calculator like pickup time / date, pickup location and number of hours, currently it only ask for time/date, also both doesn't show up in the email when order is received.
